Wanted to make one of my most favorite street fighter characters from the game none were ever made of him except statues. Decided to give him a flair with his look so decided to dive into my figure bins and fodder and come up with something that could make him pop!!came up with a recipe and after a bunch of mods and dremel work along with pieces of fodder think I did him justice. Threw in a guile to fight and bammmm!
Recipe as follows:

Upper Torso - venom
Lower waist and legs- Hulk smash
Upper arms - venom
Fore arms & hands - Hulk Smash
Head Neca - Akuma
Pants - added from Wrral Skirt & Barbarian Hulk skirt pieced together with sculpt.
Waist hanging Gi - LOTR Mumakil Rider
Belt - Sculpted and Spawn samurai pony tails
Hair -Sculpted
Back Symbol - Sculpted

Added Tashii fire and balls made from necklace beads wire and hot glue!

Hit him with airbrush all around head to toe with some neon also sealed with lit up effects! Hope you all like him.
