A quick custom of Leo after he is infected by mom-thing in season 3's "Buried Secrets". Sliced the arms off just above the elbow to use in another custom, then sculpted on the tentacles, various paint washes later and here he is! Very creepy episode and he makes for a pretty cool figure.
