This was a basic headswap. Thankfully, Rick Flag had the same size neck ball that Coulson had. All I really had to do was slice off the connectors that held the black vest to the body. He's outfitted with one of Rick Flag's rifles, his pistol, and another rifle from a knockoff figure (a Bucky clone) Is this the real Phil Coulson? One of Aida's evil LMDs? You decide!
