I wanted a super posable Splinter figure that could work with any set of my turtles so I went with a design I blue printed in my head and this is what I came up with. The body is a fantastic four figure Toybiz body. I used the biceps from that figure for the thighs. The knees are from a toybiz psylock , the shins were psylocks biceps and and the lower legs of Splinter were her forearms which I sanded to a point. I took the feet from a random Splinter figure and drilled holes through the top, placed the psylocke arms which I sanded in place and then sculpted the wraps around them. The arms were nick fury and the hands from the Splinter figure. I sculpted the furry texture placed a screw in the neck then the body was done. The head was Splinter but I sanded it down to a ball saving only the ears, sculpted the head looking at a few comic iterations of Splinter. There's a magnet in his head and in the tail. The gee was from a ml ronin which I modified to increase articulation and look tattered. The cane was 100% sculpt. After that it was all painting. I'm gonna sculpt a few more head options down the road possibly a cartoon accurate head since the body came out looking almost exactly like the cartoon version.
