A long time project I held on hold, It's Darunia the Goron Sage of Fire from the LEGEND OF ZELDA SERIES!
This is one of my proud works next to Volga and Princess Zelda figure I made!

Recipe:
Head: Sculpted out of Apoxie Sculpt, took over 45 Minuets to sculpt
Entire body of the Chinese bootleg toy of the Incredible Hulk and been Repainted by several Colors

Very neat idea, and fits well with your other customs. You could try priming (it's like a base coat of paint) a figure like that before painting it to make it cover better.
