Flux is Hulk villain that has a unique body proportion that I think is quite different from others. So it's kinda challenge to get the proportion right. The recipe: Upper body is modified Venom Mac Gargan Spider-man series. The lower body is Guile Neca. The head is ML Tiger Shark modified, The fist is Juggernaut Spider-man series.
