Wanted a Hydroman figure in his classic 90's digs, but I wanted to move away from the Banshee head. So I took and painted over the logo on my DCU Superboy, took all the water parts off of the 5 inch Hydroman from the 90's animated Spiderman show, and took the head from the New Master's of the Universe He-Man.
