For the most part, I wanted to revisit this Power Rangers set because my paint skills have gotten better. There were a lot of issues in my old approach that I wanted to fix. But, specifically, I really wanted to redo the Pink Ranger. I used a lighter shade the first time around and she definitely stood out as the one flaw in the set. Of course, my female bodies are much more limited these days, so I opted to try the female BossFight blanks for the ones in this group. Overall, I think they worked out. The skirt was a bit tricky to get to fit right. I cut it off the 2010 figure, then sanded the top and inside a bit so it would fit on the larger BossFight build. Sculpted up the belt to help hold it in place. Dremeled into the head quite a bit so it would sit lower, then cut the morpher off the 2010 figure and glued it in place. Would say I was too lazy to sculpt a new one, but this was actually a lot more work. Just liked the details. Like the axe, the bow had the most issues. Actually, the sword did too, but I had a backup. The paint was exceptionally tacky, and I had to go through the tedious process of slowly and carefully scraping it off so I could repaint it. Sculpted up the gloves, full repaint, and that's the third one down.
