Ch'od is one of the founding members of the Starjammers. Despite his appearance he is usually friendly. He was once a slave of the Shi'ar Emperor D'ken until Corsair led a rebellion. Ch'od has been with the Starjammers as they helped Professor X gain a new body and while they fought the Brood. The Starjammers have the trust of the X-men and the Avengers.
