I used 87 styrofoam blocks measuring 14"W x 19"H x 12"L to create a 10'6" DOOMSDAY from scratch. I used a 2 in 1 vibrating tool to carve the details. Fine details were done using apoxie sculpt. I sculpted,molded, and cast his bone look on his face and back. I used paper towels coated front and back with latex rubber to create the skin look. Belt is plastic drainage pipe. Pants are material. He is standing on a diorama of a destroyed street and behind him is the damaged front of the Daily Planet. In the wreckage you find things like Clarks broken glasses, Lois Lane desk name plate all bent up, Jimmy Olsend broken camera, Luthor Corp name badges, and burnt Daily Planet newspapers. Also Supermans torn cape is blowing in the wind around a broken pipe beside Doomsday. This was built for the Metropolis ILLinois Superman Museum
