Tempest, formerly known as Aqualad, was the sidekick of Aquaman. I used a DCUC Forager body and the head from a Marvel Legends Iceman, the one from the ToysRUs boxset, with sculpted hair. The orange and blue energy effects come from Marvel Legends figures.

Tempest looks great! You did a flawless job on making the head work. Hard to believe that's an Iceman base head. The suit painting is very clean too. Well done!
