Another one, I did not expect to finish next, but orcs seemed to be quite capricious.

Inspiration was a picture of some of the few real orcs on the film-set of the Hobbit and the movie itself, of course. Those orcs, don't wear any metal-armor...just fur and bizzare looking bone-structures.

This is "Bashnûg", one among the pack of orcs, which hunted Bilbo, Thorin and their dwarf fellows, from their barrel-escape out of the woodland realm downstream and further on their way to Erebor. He's wearing a beard-trophy of a defeated dwarf. ...disgusting, but you can find bearded hipsters everywhere. ...even in middle earth. ;-)

Hair Jakks WWE-figure (no clue which wrestler it is)
(Modified) collar from a ToyBiz LOTR-Haradrim.
All bones (around the bib; loin- and knee-protectors and the gloves are made of sculpy.
The bone-crest on the back is from a safari toy-series.
Fake-leather and -fur on both sides as well.
Shoes made of an old working-glove and fake-leather.
Sword and axe-blades made of polypropylene; handles are real twigs.
