Judge Dredd 3.1

This is a slightly revamped existing Dredd. When I posted the 3.0 version, it was agreed he was missing neck protection styled armor, so here is the updated version. As before this Dredd is heavily based on the uniform worn in the movie "Dredd". Although the uniform is very similar I still gave him the classic shoulder armor instead of the movie version. The base is a Guardians of the Galaxy 2 Star-Lord, ReAction Anderson shoulder armor and belt emblem, Toybiz Judge Dredd head, gun and badge. Jacket customized from a Roman Reigns vest, belt and gear from various figures. Neck armor is pieced together from a Marvel Legends Agent Venom chest armor. Everything painted/dyed to match.
