Bardan Jusik from the Republic Commando and Legacy of the Force book series. Jusik was a Jedi Knight and General during the Clone Wars, working closely with Clan Skirata, Omega, and Delta Squads. Jusik challenged the Jedi Council on their use of a slave army of clones during the Clone Wars, and eventually left the order, joining Kal Skirata and becoming a Mandalorian. Later on, during the events of the second Galactic Civil War, Jusik resided on Keldabe, a Mando world, under the name Gotab Skirata. His mentorship to Jaina Solo was pivotal, explaining the need for her to kill her brother, Darth Caedus, just as Walon Vau killed his pet strill, Mird, due to both being a harm to society.
