I haven't seen this done yet, but it's basically just a full repaint. Took the figure completely a part, over 30 pieces individually painted. Started with a black base coat, then silver, then clear red to get the candy apple red effect. Hand painted the darker colors after. Then glued the parts that needed to be glued back together.
