The base body was the Ultimate Cap from the Hit Monkey wave. The head is a resculpted Constrictor.

Like the KGBeast, NKVDemon's relevance definitely is impacted by the whole sliding time scale of DC comics. It's kind of hard to imagine a Batman who is now in his 30's going up against an assassin who was trying to kill a list of pro-Glasnost Soviet government officials, considering them traitors to the cause of communism. Still, I've got a lot of nostalgia for this character.

NKVDemon was actually 3 different characters. Each incarnation followed the same paradigm but there were always minor alterations. I played with this a little bit to make what I wanted most. The core inspiration is Aquaman 8 (so the 2nd version) but I really liked the red gloves from Robin 47-48, and I did not like the knee pads.
