This creature is a character from the RPG Dungeons & Dragons. They appear in various stages of form from full serpent to human with slight serpent features. I found this character while going through one of the game bestiaries.

recipe: head- NECA Alpha Predator (Predators)
upper body- McFarlane Predator (AVP)
upper arms- SMC Man-Spider
lower arms- WOW Undead Warrior
lower body- McFarlane Dragon's tail (Shrek)
sword- Mcfarlane Genghis Khan

Ah yes I love slaying these foul creatures! Apparently Volo's Guide to Monsters makes them a Playable race now. but who would want that amiright??? lol
