Took a basic sipderman and sculpted some evil armor.
Sword hand was cut off a simple 6 inch figure and ground down to fit into the wrist joint. ( I ran out of grasping hands in the fodder bin) Lost the up down articulation but still turns left and right.
sword is hand made.
I cheated ( like a movie production )there is no face under the mask I blacked out the eye holes with cloth so you can't see spidermans face inside the helmet.
Cuttings from the chainmail shirts of two other orcs are the shoulder patches.
