Pierre Fresson is the third person to take up the mantle of Cyclone. He got an updated version of André Gerard's suit, and used it to cause mayhem in groups such as the Masters of Evil, the Sinister Sixteen, and Hammerhead's army.
I started out with Iron Fist as the base figure. I sanded down the wrist and ankle joints and glued on white plastic inside, since posing would cause severe paint rub. The feet are from Red She-Hulk, I believe. The head is from Protector; I cut off the googles and added eyes from a fodder figure, since I planned on using translucent red plastic for the visor, but it didn't work out. The hair is from Ultimate Spider-Woman. It's rare for me to actively use 'wind-blown hair' for a custom, and I usually replace it on any retail figures in my collection, but for a guy who has 'cyclone' powers, I thought it would look appropriate.
