Hi. On this occasion I present to you my version of Iori Yagami, of the series Capcom vs SNK Chaos.
1.- Head, arms and legs: Chameleon (BAF Rhino)
2.- Hands: Pizza Spider-man (BAF Hobgoblin)
3.- Torso: Havok (Juggernaut BAF)
4.- shirt: piece of balloon
5.- Sleeves, nose, hair molded with epoxy. Use Tamiya paint

For chip paint on figures try acrylic sealer.....

they have some good brands in Walmart...spray light coats and see what works for you.
