I found this guy while searching the web an have since seen some cool customs of him aswell. Oozor is a "survivor" of Hordak's slime pit. He was in the slime for so long that it physically changed him and left him a mindless slave.

He is made from a MS Abomination body roughly shaved down. MS Thing lower legs with boot details and knees sculpted. Hands are from a DC Icons Darksied with sculpted bracelets. His head is the original head for MOTU Megator. Shoulder armor, chains, ax and belt center are fodder. Belt is sculpted and loin cloth is t-shirt.
