For this figure I use the valkyrie body of the series of hulk buster, the armor was sculpted and the cape is cloth. For the lance use a steel rod, which I forged and welded the lateral fins.

This looks at least partially inspired by the cosplay outfit I've seen photos of while doing images searches for ideas customizing the Hulkbuster Valkyrie figures.
