I made this custom gal last year [2016]. And this is one of my first DSNG figure customs, created when I was transitioning from customizing Transformers to Action Figures. Elena Eden is one of the main characters in the DSNG Sci Fi Series, currently a set of 18 dynamic & mature Ebooks, which I created some years ago. There is a ton of concept art and fan art on Elena, who is a voluptuous character with an upbeat personality.
FYI, I put her in the "X-men" category, because the category "DSNG Series" doesn't exist right now...
The main body was Marvel Legends Spider-woman [Jessica Drew] and her hands came from ML Mockingbird. Her boots and gauntlets were sculpted and I actually used Mockingbird's head, while adding some sculpt to the hair strands, and then I painted them gray and white. Gun holsters were created from cardboard pieces and glued onto her thighs. Her belt was made from a rubberband and putty.
After adding the base primer, I had to paint this toy twice [thus stripping the original colored coat and repainting it]. And I actually put it aside at one point, since it was becoming too difficult - since I was learning and working simultaneously. But I'm glad that I didn't give up. And I used Tamiya paints for her pink and white scheme.... and yes, she is thick and "baby got back". Obviously. Her design matches the concept artwork, just Google "Dsng Elena" and you'll see lots of her pics...
