The base body is a MOTUC Octavia, with arms from Adora, and a Catra head. I trimmed the edges of Octavia's outfit to give them a ragged edge, and also trimmed away some of the collar. The cape is from Hordak, shortened with a sculpted collar. Her hat is sculpted on top with a vinyl brim. I added jewel beads on her hat band and as a clasp for the cape. Her wand is a stick that was whittled down, and the magic effect comes from Marvel Legends Dr. Strange.
