Every time I get a new list of Legion characters to fix up, the guy requesting them is nice enough to include a brief backstory on each. Was never well versed on anyone related to the Legion, so it's cool to see some of these histories. Although, some feel like they cross deep into that, "You can't make this up" territory. So, Storm Boy here was a reject of the Legion of Super Heroes, which is the origin story for most of their villains. He used a device to mimic powers, was found out, and that was it for him. He took it hard, so he underwent numerous surgical procedures to have wind and lightning devices implanted in his chest. Then he joined a team called the Justice League of Earth which is full anti-alien. So, fixing him up. Sculpted up the bracers, and smoothed over the whole torso. Cape came from Grim Reaper, with the clasp sculpted on. Head was from Captain America, with the mask fully sanded down, topped off with hair from Sentry. Full repaint, and done!
