Here's my concept of what a xenomorph/dragon hybrid might look like. Partially inspired by the flying queen figure from the Kenner Aliens series. I used quite a variety of parts to achieve the look I wanted. The end result was a highly disproportionate Frankenstein of an alien, as each part, (every SINGLE part) had to be heavily modified to fit onto the figure.

I've had a sad hacked-apart torso of the Mcfarlane Avp alien queen in my fodder drawer for some time, and as I hate to let good parts go to waste, I started with that. Used the lower torso from the series 12 battle damaged xeno, (which features new improved articulation), lower legs and arms from Covenant xeno. Dog alien hands with sculpt applied, mantis alien head with Neca Diablo shoulder-horn-thingys sculpted on.
Various other Diabo parts added throughout the figure. Replaced the non-articulated secondary arms with shelob mandibles, and reattached the hands. Sculpted on the Covenant xeno shoulder tubes. Extended the tail.

The wings, that was my dilemma. It had to have wings. However, those skinny legs could never support the weight of a pair of annihilus wings, or Mcfarlane dragon wings. So I fashioned a pair of lightweight wings from bendy wires, sculpt, and hot glue. They are mounted on ball joints, and are articulated. The wingspan is about 16 inches across. So despite looking very top heavy, the figure can actually stand up on it's own! Finished it up with several psychedelic shades of purple and pink, with fluorescent neon purple detailing.

Phew! It was immensely satisfying to see it finished, and I'm quite happy with how it turned out. Thanks for looking!~
