Continuing the long run through Legion characters. Golden Boy here was a member of Earth-Man's Justice League of Earth. I actually kept thinking he was a hero for some reason. But, no. He was definitely an enemy of the Legion of Super Heroes. Even with their traditional origin of being rejected by the League. People take rejection super hard in the future. I was asked to paint him up with two different shades of gold which left me stumped at first. My initial plan was to just mix a brighter shade, but there was a desire for it to look more metallic. Wasn't sure if the mix would do that, but I did remember having a clear yellow. So, for the skin tone itself, I used clear yellow over silver, with gold for the rest. Head was from Steve Rogers with the front of the hair resculpted. Smoothed over the torso with sculpt, then sculpted up the bands around his upper legs, lower legs, his collar, and his belt. Full repaint, and that's another done!
