I don't normally like doing simple repaints, but I enjoyed Secret Empire so much and my aim for every custom is spend as little as possible and to save on material. So I snagged a bootleg Captain America Figma from eBay, replaced the terrible bootleg head, sculpted the stomach a bit differently and then painted him with his Hydra colours. Hope you like.
