This is the Shredder figure that was part of the SDCC 2017 TMNT Set by NECA. I wanted to give this figure a retro vintage toys color scheme as a tribute to the original 1988 Shredder action figure by Playmates Toys. One of my favorite toys as a kid, with that iconic blue armor, I wanted to see how this awesome NECA Shredder figure would look with the old school toys color scheme. Completely repainted the figure and accessories, and replaced the cape with an authentic 1988 Shredder cape, which fits perfectly. I present you NECA Shredder, 1988 throwback style!

I'm with comicustoms on that wwe body. You did an amazing job. But not sure I would do that to an already amazing shredder, not to mention one from a limited $200 set. I'm cringing.
