Not sure if this qualifies but....... One of my major dissapointments was the lack of a fight scene between Eomer and Ugluk. So here ia a taste of how it might have looked
Ugluk would have stood in the back whipping his minions in to action untill the last minute. He then fought Eomer and proceeded to be beheaded and set on a stake in front of the burn remains of his troop of Uruk-hai raiders at the door step of fangorn forest.
Sculpted a uruk head, impailed it on eomers sword as it dried.
scavenged armor from a broken lurtz figure and transplanted it on the berserkers body. paint and clay.... hand made sword
Haha, I always re use old stuff rather than just buy stuff or chuck it away lol. Action figure cases that I don’t need I use tgebplasfic casing for windows for example and weapon making.

Thanks for the support!!!! as always !!!..... Gotta say I half expected a entry from you that would have blown us collectively out of the water !!!!!! next time !!!
Damn, this definitely gets a NC-17 -rating ! Your first picture should have been a warning-sign : Caution: Ultra-brutal orc-splatter-content ! Might cause seriously trauma!“ ...almost spilled my coffee...
Congrats for this diorama ! What are the tree trunks made of ? Drum-sticks ? The Uruk-sword looks brutal ! What it’s made of ?
Nice work, man !
Another epic scene would have been, where Eomer‘s sword slipped out of the scabbard, while getting back on his horse.
Maybe you should give citadel‘s „blood for the blood god“ a try. It imitates the look of blood so well.
was just trying to drive my point home..... "Look out Tolkinados in the house!!!!".... LOL...made a casting of the two handed berserker broadsword and built off of that to make the sword in question. I agree, better paints are on my todo list for this new year !!!
