When I first saw the Iron Skull figure, I wanted to make a Batman Beyond custom from it - the black base, with the red panel lining, looked like it would work nicely for Batman Beyond.

Swapped out the forearms for those from Man of Steel armoured General Zod. Swapped out the lower legs for those from an Iron Man figure from the first Iron Man movie. Did a bunch of dremelling to make those parts compatible. Took the head from a DC Direct Azrael Batman. Sculpted on the Bat symbol and cut the gauntlet fins/spikes from Procreate flattened into a sheet. The wings are from a Marvel Legends movie Falcon, trimmed down and repainted. Took the belt from Captain America from the Abomination wave. Dremelled down the belt buckle and sculpted a new one in its place. Painted it all up with metallic blacks and reds. Thanks for looking!
