The feisty Kunoichi from the Samurai Shodown series, Nakoruru and her pet hawk, Mamahaha!

THe figure is basically a Japanese minifig with added POA and legs from a Renegades Storm Shadow. Mamahaha is from a Marvel Legends Falcon, I believe.
