I've always wanted to fix up some Ghost Rider villains, but while I still procrastinate about Vengeance, Blackout seemed like a good option for this week. Especially since I wanted to fix up some obscure characters, and he was on just about every list. A guy I've long considered to be one of Ghost Rider's top villains, and he's still considered obscure. Usually you can think of a hero, and then one specific villain. And the guy was even in Ghost Rider 2. Anyway, swapped out the lower legs for Starlord, and the head as a cast from somewhere. Maybe AngelForge. Hair was from Baroness, with some additional sculpt added to the front. Sculpted up the sleeves and bracelets. Used a cape from General Hux with the bottom cut up a bit. Full repaint, and done!
