I just sanded the hair of a Captain America figure, took the star off with a knife, took off the Avengers logo and painted the shoulders black, did a wash with black shoe polish throughout the body and then made the beard and the hair with epoxi, painted it with acrilic paint and sealed with two coats of matte sealant.
