I've taken a few different parts to make this. The body is from a Ben 10 four arms figure minus two arms. The head is a young justice sports master head that has been painted. The legs are from a police academy figure 1984. I had to meticulously cut the legs to fit the figure. Once I got the figure to look how I wanted I applied the paint.
