It´s a quick repaint of the Knightmare Batman from the Multiverse line of Mattel figures made from dry brushing it with black shoe polish, adding a holster on his right leg from the Nick Fury Marvel Legends figure of the Giant Man wave and then painted a stubble. I´ll take some cooler pictures later on but I´m extremely happy with the result.

Very nicely done! I think my one piece of advice, and this is something I often struggle to get right, is to redo the five o' clock shadow. Right now, it kind of looks like his face is dirty. I usually mix a little bit of flesh tone with some grey and a drop of black, and then thin that out to do the stubble.
