Based this one on his appearance in the 1990's Capcom Arcade Game. I tried to match the look of the on screen sprite as he was really blue to stand out against the games darker background. I always loved the cut scenes between levels , so I had to include his scuba gear. I love the idea of Frank sneeking into Kingpins mansion via the pipes ((( like how big is this mansion if a human can swim in the pipes? , Lol)) Anyway, He comes with a handgun, M60, Scuba tanks and Fins. The tank is attached via magnet, and I use sticky dap to attach the mouthpiece. The figure retains all of its original articulation since this guy is basically a repaint.
