Base figure is a Marvel Legends Mysterio. Cape is wired on all sides. Dome (fish bowl lol) is completely reattached to a new and approved mounting system. The dome is illuminated with a self contained battery pack mounted on his back along with a on/off switch. The lighting system is modular and can be removed if needed.
