Here's a weird one. Originally a Captain America and Invaders villain, this incarnation is apparently somewhat of a "good guy" from the Squirrel Girl comics. He was definitely a fun and interesting challenge, got to try out some new stuff. Debated sculpting the piece of copy paper on his chest but thought that it wouldn't look enough like paper. So instead I used a normal piece of computer paper, scored the sides with an exacto and added the holes using a sewing needle. Made the helmet removable, used some thread and the sewing needle again to make the eye mask removable, and got to sculpt a brain. Then decided that brain was way too big and sculpted another brain :P Anyways, here's the recipe: Brain Drain Head: original sculpt over a chunk of the Star Wars Black series K-2SO head Torso/Arms: DC Collectibles Lee Bermejo Superman Hands: Star Wars Black Series K-2SO Helmet: vending machine bubble container Cape: ToyBiz ML Vision Belt: Hasbro ML 1st Appearance X-Men box set Waist/Legs: Hasbro ML Grim Reaper Boots: Hasbro ML Thunderball Eye Mask: from a Buffy toy (I think?) ![]() |
