Here is Wonderman brother, Grim Reaper. A bullseye body, a cyclops gauntlet w/o the hand. and a spawn sickle from a later figure line. I couldnt get the "Galuctus fins" down so I opted for a no fin look. I may add em on later on if i get a good recipe.

That's pretty good looking. You might want to try using some apoxy sculpt or something similar and cover up that bullseye on his forehead. As for the head fins, you might try some thing plastic like sentra or something. Maybe an old DVD case?
