This is a vintage Action Man Space Ranger figure I have just finished customizing to make him bald.
To do this I sanded off all his flocked hair with a Dremel. I then used wet & dry sand paper to get a nice smooth finish then finally buffed it to make it match the texture of his face.
To finish him I painted his eyes dark green using glass paints.
