At the time, I was very proud of this figure because of how much work went into him. I'm still proud of him, but he just looks funny next to the larger size Sasquatch figures that have come since, but I HAD to have him up on my wall and so I did. LOTS of sculpy and orange paint. I even had to mix my own darker shade orange paint.

Yeah but that looks more like his physique than the one that they made so...good job! If anything, none of these toy companies seem to want to render him the way he actually looked when he first appeared - and it wasn't just Byrne who drew him huge either - he was huge in MARVEL 2 in 1 too. Whenever he's made, he's always too small and doesn't have the right physique. Good stuff. ~phin

I totally agree, I was originally looking forward to the new Sasquatch BAF, but ended up rather disappointed with what Hasbro gave us. For me (and a lot of others) the John Byrne depiction is the definitive version, and the closest anyone got was that old 6" figure from that Alpha Flight toy series, but he's WAY too small (unless you display him with 3.75" figures).
