Started with a Black Series Tie Fighter Pilot. Boil & pop the helmet off. Used sn Exacto Knife to slice off the chest box & shave down the square mounting surface. Made the chest pauldron out of craft pleather. Helmet is a raw resin cast from Outer Rim Traders painted to match the movie. Used a circular piece of foam with a hole cut in it to hold the neck peg.
