I got a clearance cyclops from walmart (brood series) and removed his head and fingers from the right hand. switched out the fingers with the human torches. then got the head from kyle robinson's casting shop. did a massive repaint, several coats, of flat black and red, and dremmeled the head to fit better. then added lots of matte clear coat. I haven't gotten any accessories yet except ronin's swords, but those are for when I suit him up :)
