“M’aiq knows much, tells some.” This haracter first appeared in Morrowind on an island where he wore his Colovian helm and was an Easter egg that commented on the activities of the forums and the game itself as a sort of forth wall breaker. 6 years in game later and he appears in Cyrodil running around and once again telling tales the dev’s wanted included and commenting on the changes like fast travel. Then when you get 200 years into Skyrim you come across him again... so either he’s a descendent or M’aiq is more than he seems but to me the most memorable version is in Oblivion, running around in his fatty blue robes faster than most horses. I will come back and make an iron dagger for him but for now this is what I have. The recipe was the hobbit Gandalf, the spare Mr Pink head I had from my Joker custom but mainly for the wide set eyes that were larger than most figures. I used a neck from fodder for movement and used a Strider hood. The feet are from Eowyn and the tail was a Gandalf light up staff being rubbery and textured. A lot of sculpting took place and I pretty much had oblivion on in the background just for reference. The painting was the hardest part getting the colour variantions right and the fur detail which was done during sculpting dotting fur patterns. Looks decent enough for this mysterious character. Thanks for looking. ![]() |
