I know that Madcap would be the obvious choice to do given his recent release, but I only recently came across the Slapstick design and was taken in by the cartoonish style and that hair! Swapped one hand to a Machine Man gripping one. Heavily modified a Joker head and sculpted the hair, nose, sleeves, shorts and boots. I pinched a couple of Red Guardian belts to accessorise and made the mallet out of a kebab skewer and aves apoxie.
