Not quite as obscure of a character as my last TMNT custom, but one many are unfamiliar with nevertheless, is Radical! Born Raven Shadowheart, she became a superhero and fought against the machinations of Complete Carnage. She also hooked up with Leonardo in a story set in the future!

The good doctor is made from a Marvel Universe Captain Marvel with a Psylocke head, Greenstuff sculpted braids, and red thread around the legs.
