Griffin has Native American heritage. He is Rhino 2-3’s forward observer. Griffin is often dropped deep into enemy territory alone. He will come back to camp days later after completing his objective or wiping out entire enemy garrisons, sometimes both. Griffin once encountered a Predator while on one of his missions. He defeated the Youngblood by ripping his head off with his bare hands.
