Windfall is probably the best known member of the Masters of Disaster. She actually ended up leaving the team and becoming a member of the Outsiders. And then later she was a brief member of the Suicide Squad.

Sculpted up the gloves and the boots. Cape came from Grim Reaper. Head was from Wasp, with the hair resculpted. Hair color and skin color were both changed by request. So yes, that part is intentional. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
