I've been working on this figure on and off for about a year and a half. I got a damaged TBLeague body from a friend and got the idea to turn it into Xena.

The armor is from the old 12" Xena doll but repainted. The leather bodice and skirt are from a Triad Toys Helga figure, I used two skirts to give it more volume. The bracers are from a TBLeague Lady Death and the arm cuffs are from another TBLeague figure (Arhian, I think). The leg armor comes from a Barbie Wonder Woman Antiope doll that's been painted and cut to fit over the leather boots which are from a Brother Production Alice figure.
Xena's head is a KIMI Toys KT010 A head with hair from the KT011 B head and repainted.
